To transfer balance using a code, follow these steps:

Dial *121# on your mobile phone. This is the DU balance transfer code.

After receiving the reply from DU, enter the international number you want to transfer the balance to, including the country code. For example, Pakistan’s country code is +92, so if the number is 03141234567, you should send it as +923141234567.
